- 1 part Bärenfänger Honey Liqueur
- 1 part pear vodka
- ½ part fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Organic Acacia Honey
- ¾ part triple sec
- 5 small mint leaves
Press the lemon juice into an ice-filled shaker and add remaining ingredients. Shake for 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a fresh mint and lemon.
