- 4 camembert (80 g)
- 6 ripe figs
- ½ red onion
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon unfiltered Hexapi Organic Honey & Cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- fresh thyme to garnish
Preheat the oven to 180° C and bake the camembert on baking paper on the middle shelf for 8-10 minutes. In the meantime wash the figs and cut into quarters and peel and chop the red onion. Fry the onions in hot oil, add the figs and season with a little salt, pepper and herbs (you may add a little cinnamon too). Draw from heat and mix the Organic Honey & Cinnamon in. Lattice cut the Camembert and arrange on plates. Add the figs, sprinkle with walnuts and garnish with thyme.
