The Limburg with Bärenfänger Honey Liqueur
- 1 part Hexapi Bärenfänger Honey Liqueur
- 2 parts gin
- 2 parts fresh pressed apple juice
- ½ part lemon juice
- 12 fresh mint leaves
Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice and double strain into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a granny smith apple slice.
